XERF is the first in class structural skin tightening treatment that uses radiofrequency to tighten skin and the underlying muscle fascial layer (often called the SMAS) at the same time- the exact layers addressed in a surgical facelift. XERF’s technology combines the power of two treatments that we have traditionally used in medical aesthetics to achieve skin tightening- Ultherapy (used to remodel the muscle fascia or SMAS) and Thermage (skin tightening).
