Picosure laser is the world’s fastest and most effective laser tattoo removal technology. Picosure targets tattoo pigment in the patient’s skin and breaks it up into sand-like particles that are then easily eliminated by the body. Due to the precise targeting of ink particles, the laser does not harm the surrounding tissue, making it a safe treatment to perform on any skin type.

For effective tattoo removal, we typically need at least 6 sessions that are spaced 4-6 weeks apart, making the ink to completely vanish from the skin. However, the removal treatment will take more sessions if the tattoo itself is new or was very recently done. The age of the tattoo, ink colors, and location on the body affects the number of sessions needed for removal, but overall, the older the tattoo the fewer sessions needed as it will vanish more easily.

Laser tattoo removals can be uncomfortable, especially on larger tattoos, due to the amount of ink and area of the skin where they are located, which is why we numb the patient’s skin locally with heavy numbing cream for 30 minutes before the procedure. During the procedure, ice is applied to the treated area for added comfort.

Absolutely- Picousure laser technology is one of the few laser treatments that are safe on all skin types, including very dark skin types (skin type VI).

Yes, the tattoo removal laser works on any part of the body, including around the eyes. However, we do not treat directly over the eyes (eyelids) or too close to the lower lash line in order to prevent any damage to vision.

Yes, the Picosure laser can safely be used to eliminate eyebrow tattoos or microblading pigment. Unfortunately, it is not an effective treatment to remove permanent eyeliner as tattoo removal lasers can be harmful when operated that close to the eyes. Because of that, it is not an option for permanent eyeliner removal.

We work with many clients who want a specific part of their tattoo removed. This is definitely achievable with the Picosure Laser method as the laser can precisely target the ink that you want to be eliminated while sparing any surrounding ink that you want to keep.

At first I was a little skeptical about getting a full system because I have already been using Vitamin C in my routine and thought that this would not be doing anything different. But I was wrong- my skin does not burn when I use the vitamin c and I used to have an oily t – zone which has totally corrected since using the system. I am really loving this system! I have very sensitive skin (dermatitis and eczema-prone), but the Vita C does not burn or itch; it’s not runny like other watery vitamin c serums AND it doesn’t smell like copper. I love the skin polish as a mask, too. I leave it on as a mask while WFH and then exfoliate it off with warm water or a cloth. I added the retinol lipid complex for nighttime. So far my skin feels smooth and my dry patches that show some discoloration have evened out.
